- When we send the shipment, you will receive a notification that the order is in the process.
* We send items from Serbia (Europe) when the shipment leaves Europe, we cannot control it. Tracking for standard shipping is not possible when the packet left Europe ( arrived in the destination country Australia, Canada etc ).
- Delivery time varies and depends on the recipient’s country ( check delivery page ). If the shipment does not arrive, we send a status request, if the shipment is lost, we resend the products, if you do not want those products, we will refund you without shipping cost. This procedure can take up to 3 months.
* We are not responsible for customs and duties in your country. We do not provide phytosanitary certificates. All deliveries outside Serbia are exclusively at the customer’s risk.
* We do not use auto-answer
* These conditions are stated when accepting the order and you agree with them, otherwise do not accept the conditions.
*How are the products packed?
Some of the seed is supplied in hermetically sealed foil packets, plastic packs, zip bags, or paper bags depending upon the product and its particular storage requirements. For sowing instructions please see the text below for a description of the item. We send seeds outside our country in ordinary zip bags, without a pro forma invoice and marked on the declaration as a gift, seeds for jewelry, etc. This way of sending is safe because it passes customs without problems and without additional costs.
- The shipping charge for standard international orders is fixed on 7$ for small orders ( Up to 100gr ). Tracking for standard shipping is not possible for all countries. Some of them: Canada, Australia. When this packet left Europe tracking was not possible
If you would like your order to be tracked during shipment, make sure to request express mail. 30$ up to 1kg
Shipping time depends on buyer location. International buyers are responsible for checking with their local customs office to see what is, and is not permitted to be shipped to their area. We are not responsible, and cannot refund for seeds that are confiscated, destroyed, or returned by customs. You are also responsible for all taxes or customs your country may levy.

During a state of emergency, delivery can take up to 2-3 months!
