This is a vigorous, bushy plant growing approx 1m and bearing large, golden-orange fruit that conveniently grows inside, easy to peel, paper-like husks. The fruit is a smooth, delicious, berry, resembling a miniature spherical yellow tomato.


Sowing Instructions: Can be sown at any time of year except early to mid-summer. Sow on the surface of moist, well-drained seed compost and sprinkle compost over the seeds as light is beneficial to germination. Place in a propagator or seal in a polythene bag and maintain a temperature of about 20C. Germination should take from 21-30 days and as the seedlings emerge, gradually increase ventilation by opening the bag or propagator vents.
