Description
Originally a Serbian variety. Plants grow over 3 feet tall and produce peppers over 6 inches in length and over 4 inches wide, which can weigh up to 250gr. The fruits ripen from green to red, very sweet and meaty. Great fresh, fried, or roasted. This pepper is used in a traditional Serbian preserve called ajvar.
