Sowing: Prepare fertile, well-drained soil. Sow seeds in spring/ summer after last frost in a warm, sunny location. Sow directly from the end of May. Sow 25mm deep with 30cm spacing. Seeds germinate quickly. Can be started early indoors, from early May, and moved outside once the danger of frost has passed with 80cm spacing. Will require a framework on which to climb which should be put in place at the time of planting out.Keep soil moist. Fertilize as needed. Train to climb a vertical support.
