The seeds can be sown all year round but are best in spring and summer. Sprinkle the seeds and press 1 cm into the substrate. Water and maintain moderate constant humidity. Place the container with the sown seeds in the refrigerator for a month, then take it out of the refrigerator and keep it in a place where there is no direct sunlight.
