Description
Ocimum basilicum
Clove Basil or Himalayan Basil. It is very fragrant and has a spicy taste with a strong scent of cloves and mint. It has light green leaves and is used frequently for herbal teas and for cooking. An annual growing up to 150cm, can be used fresh or dried.
