A medicinal plant that ranks among the most important in medicine. The root is used against many diseases, primarily to promote diabetes and strengthen immunity. Astragalus is a perennial winter-hardy plant that reaches about 100cm in height, in our conditions, and tolerates – 24°C.
Seeds are sown directly during spring or from February in containers at a depth of 0.5 cm. It is transplanted outdoors when the danger of frost passes.
