It has a long history and a long medical application. It has antiviral and antibacterial properties, and in China, it is used as a medicine against cancer. It can also be used to prevent and treat cognitive impairment associated with Alzheimer’s disease or schizophrenia.
Commonly known as the “self-healing” plant or cure-all, the cruciferous plant is widely distributed in Europe, Asia, and North America. Use in salads, soups, stews, or cooked dishes. It has been used as an alternative medicine for centuries on almost all continents of the world, and for almost every disease known to man. Sowing: Indoors in February-April at a temperature above 18°C, sow the seeds in pots on the surface and just press them into the substrate.
