Nora is one of the oldest Spanish spice peppers, although sweet it is used mostly as a spice because of its exceptional aroma. It can be used as a classic pepper or like a stuffing pepper, but it is mostly used dried because the aroma becomes stronger.

Sowing : Sow seeds in late winter or early spring. Sow into pots with seed-starting mix. Space seeds at least 2.5cm apart across the surface then cover with a little more mix.
